Artist's Comments

I wanted to recreate (and I also wanted to do so from a long time ago) one of the most famous passages of
Homer's Odyssey: When the gigantic Polyphemus gets uber drunk with the wine chauld Odysseus prepared him (specially strong wine, btw :lol:) just before he gets so blind that Ulyses takes the chance to stab his eye with a pole and leave him blind permanently, and thus both him, his men and their sheeps herd escape safely.


This time I wanted to keep a; what I consider unusual for me, completely natural appearance of the elements put in scene, given the tremendous respect I have towards the classicvs, all of it mix of paint and photomanipulation.
